Description The Bickmore Foaming Hat Cleaner cleans most fur-felt hats. It will remove most oil and water-based stains, such as fingerprints and perspiration stains. Please make sure you choose the dark foaming cleaner for dark hats, and the light foaming cleaner for light hats. Directions: Always check for colorfastness or appearance change in a hidden area before using. Shake can well. Before applying to the hat, spray on test paper or cloth for 3-5 seconds until the liquid spray is white. Spray can in an upright position 8” from the surface. Wait until the hat is dry to the touch. Brush the area using a dark hat brush until the hat is cleaned. For heavily soiled hats additional applications may be needed. Follow up with Gard-More Water & Stain Repellent. Repeat as necessary. Pre-treat all new hats with Gard-More to prevent stains and water damage. In case of a clogged nozzle turn the can upside down and shake vigorously. Available in a Light Foaming Cleaner or Dark Foaming Cleaner
